What are the Shipping Costs?

We offer free UPS Ground Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75! Any order below $75 will be charged a flat rate $7 shipping fee.

We also ship to Canada via UPS Standard (2-5 business days, after processing) for a flat rate of $29. Taxes and duties are the responsibility the buyer at the time of delivery. Just Placed an Order! How Long Will It Take To Ship Out?

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 3-8 business days for shipping any orders. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.



Will I be Able To Track My Order?

Yes! Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order is fulfilled. Keep an eye out for updates once you receive a shipping notification.

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?

Due to our processing time, we do not currently offer expedited shipping.



What Countries Does Sadie & Sage Ship To?

We currently only ship to USA but are hoping to broaden our horizons soon!

 

How can I return my order?

We understand that sometimes online shopping does not go as planned, and we are here to help! Please submit returns and your questions on our Contact page! Please include order number and reason for return in the body of the message. Please also allow at least 2 business days for a customer service agent to contact you. We do not operate during the weekend.

 

The following terms and conditions apply to any refund or return request provided:

  • All requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date your order was received.
  • Items must be received in new condition: unworn, unwashed, all tags on and intact conditions. (NO makeup stains/harsh fragrance smells accepted)
  • Items sold on sale will NOT be accepted for return. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • Returned shipments will automatically deduct $10 off your refund as a restocking fee. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are not eligible for returns.
We are not responsible for lost packages. 
Once we receive your returns, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. 
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product than what you have purchased, please go through the returns process and purchase the item you would like instead. You can always reach out to us on our  Contact page if you have any questions or concerns.
