Please note that at the end of every month, all orders we received in that month are processed and handed over to the production team to cut fabric and produce your order, so we cannot make changes if the production process has begun. This means that every request and item on order will be reviewed on a case by case basis.  We will try our absolute best to support you, so please do not hesitate to reach out. 

You can make changes to your order anytime before the preorder window closes (the last day of the month). After that, all orders are final since they move into production.

Payment is collected at the time of order, and your items will ship during the designated shipping window.

Yes — cancellations are accepted only before the preorder window closes. After that, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.

Whether an item is pre-ordered or in stock, you may still request a return as outlined in our return policy.

Considering a cancellation? Drop us a message before you go — we might be able to offer another option that works better for you.

All preorder items ship approximately 6-8 weeks after the pre-order window closes. For ready-to-ship items from our Life Happens section, orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.

Shipping is free on all domestic orders. We currently do not offer international shipping.

To initiate a return, send an email to our customer service team heythere@sadiesage.com. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition. Because our products are produced on a made-to-order basis, we cannot guarantee the availability of exchanges at this time. Exchanges are limited and handled case by case.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Exchanges (when available) will be shipped out once we confirm item availability and receive the original piece back.

The way you care for your clothing holds significant influence. Proper care translates to extended wearability.

Here are some tips to take care of your very own Sadie & Sage pieces:

1. Follow Care Instructions: Always adhere to the care labels on your garments. Different fabrics and designs may require specific washing, drying, and ironing instructions to maintain their quality.
2. Wash Less Frequently: Unless clothing is visibly soiled, avoid washing after every wear. Over-washing can cause fabrics to wear out faster. Instead, spot clean minor stains and air out clothing between wears.
3. Wash in Cold Water: Washing clothes in cold water not only saves energy but also helps preserve colors and prevent shrinkage, especially for delicate fabrics.
4. Air Dry Whenever Possible: Whenever feasible, air dry clothes instead of using a dryer. Air drying is gentler on fabrics and helps retain their shape and color. Hang or lay garments flat to dry to avoid stretching.
