Our Guarantee

At Sadie & Sage, we're committed to creating clothing that makes you feel good — inside and out. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. While all of our products are made with care and intention, we understand that issues or changes of heart can happen — and we’ve designed our return process to be as clear and fair as possible.

Refund Policy

Sadie & Sage offers returns on select products in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein ("Return Policy"), and as further described in our Customer Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), which are available at [Terms of Service]. Subject to the conditions, limitations, and exceptions described below and without prejudice to your statutory rights under applicable law, we are pleased to accept returns of eligible Sadie & Sage products, as follows:

Pre-order Model & Cancellations

Most items on our site are sold on a pre-order basis, which means your product is made just for you once your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and produce more intentionally. Our pre-order window opens on the first Sunday of each calendar month and closes on the last day of that same month.

Orders can only be modified or canceled during this window by contacting us at heythere@sadiesage.com. Once the window closes, your order is submitted to production and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Ready-to-ship/In Stock items will be clearly labeled and available for immediate fulfillment. Whether an item is pre-ordered or in stock, you may still request a return as outlined in our standard return policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition received
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that returns must be initiated before sending your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at heythere@sadiesage.com with your order information. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll review your claim and offer a resolution — whether that’s a refund, replacement, or another solution — based on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not classify any items as final sale — however, to maintain safety and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out to us before submitting a return request.

Repeated Returns or Order Cancellations

Sadie & Sage reserves the right to monitor and limit the number of returns and cancellations made by individual customers. Repeated return or cancellation activity that violates our policies may result in the suspension of return privileges or cancellation of future orders.

Exchanges

Because our products are produced on a made-to-order basis, we cannot guarantee the availability of exchanges. Customers are advised to initiate a return for eligible items and place a new order if inventory permits. Sadie & Sage may at its discretion, provide assistance in sizing-related concerns on a case-by-case basis.

European Union Customers

In accordance with the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period, customers within the European Union may cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. For international shipments, duties and clearance fee will be deducted from the refund.

Policy Updates

Sadie & Sage reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted directly on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
